Paying in CAD
vuoriptq shows prices and processes checkout payments in Canadian dollars. Before submitting an order, review the price, discounts, applicable tax and the total displayed. Standard Shipping to a Canadian address is free, without a minimum spend. If your card account uses a different currency, your issuer may apply conversion or its own account charges.
Card options
Our accepted card brands are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club and Discover. Select from the payment options offered by checkout and complete any verification requested by the payment institution. An option that is not offered at checkout should not be assumed available.
A pending authorization or final charge
Checkout and the payment institution manage authorization and payment processing. A transaction can appear as a pending authorization before its final status is shown. Authorization and final charging times depend on the payment provider's processing and the order status. For help with a payment that you cannot identify, give us the order number and a non-sensitive transaction reference.
Declines and repeated attempts
Check entered details and issuer verification if a transaction is declined. The issuer can explain restrictions on your card. An unsuccessful attempt may temporarily appear on an account; do not assume this is a completed second order. Tell us about a suspected duplicate payment before placing a replacement order so it can be investigated.
Protecting payment information and receiving a refund
Use the secure checkout for payment details. Do not email a full card number or security code to the store. Approved refunds use the original payment method. Following receipt and review of an eligible return, we process an approved refund within 10 business days; your payment institution can need additional time to show the credit. The Refund Policy provides the complete return process.
