Canada delivery at no Standard Shipping charge

vuoriptq delivers to Canadian addresses in every province and territory. Standard Shipping costs $0 CAD and has no order-value threshold. This storefront currently serves Canada only; orders for delivery outside Canada are not offered.

Allow time for preparation and travel

First, allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once the parcel has been dispatched, the estimated Standard Shipping journey is 4–6 business days. Taken together, normal delivery is estimated at 5–8 business days from processing through transit. These are working estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends and applicable public holidays are not business days.

Check your delivery details

Before placing the order, review your Canadian address and contact details carefully. If you notice an error, send us your order reference straight away. We will check whether a correction is still possible. A dispatched shipment can have fewer options for alteration, so do not assume a requested change has been completed until it is confirmed.

Follow-up after dispatch

Keep the order confirmation and any shipment information supplied. Where tracking is available, refer to that information or ask our support team for assistance. The carrier used for a particular order is determined by its shipment arrangements rather than promised here. Disruptions such as weather, holidays or carrier issues can extend the estimate.

When delivery does not go as expected

Please contact us about a delay, suspected loss, delivery to the wrong place, a delivered scan when you cannot find the parcel, or damage in transit. Provide the order reference and tracking details you have. We will investigate with the relevant shipment information and explain the next step, including a replacement or refund where appropriate. An estimated delivery period does not override your legal remedies.

The final CAD checkout total shows applicable taxes and disclosed adjustments. Our free Standard Shipping offer is separate from the eligible return process described in the Refund Policy.
