When shopping at vuoriptq, review the product listing, checkout information and these terms along with the Shipping, Refund, Payment and Privacy policies. Keep the order confirmation and relevant purchase disclosures for your records. Rights that Canadian law makes mandatory are not waived by these terms.

Your information and account

Use truthful, accurate delivery, contact and payment details. You need the capacity to make the purchase or suitable authorization from a responsible adult. If using an account, protect access details and let us know about suspected unauthorized use. The storefront must not be used for deception, fraud, illegal activity, interference with its operation or access to another person's information.

The goods and the amount payable

Read the available sizes, colours and other options before ordering. A display or screen can affect a colour's appearance. Prices, adjustments and the checkout total are expressed in CAD; applicable taxes and any disclosed charge are shown before you submit payment. Product availability can change. We will address a material error affecting an order with you rather than automatically supply an unagreed substitute or altered price.

Reviewing and fulfilling an order

An order may need review for stock availability, valid payment, an evident listing error or suspected fraud. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the issue and arrange an appropriate cancellation or refund. Acknowledgment of a submitted order does not remove a review needed to resolve those matters, and it does not remove a consumer cancellation right. Requests to amend an order should be sent promptly so we can check processing and dispatch status.

Delivery and after-sales service

Delivery is offered within Canada with free Standard Shipping. Normal processing is 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days, making a combined normal estimate of 5–8 business days. Eligible returns and exchanges can be requested within 30 days after delivery. We pay approved return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee. Website content and external services

Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Content may be used for ordinary shopping but must not be copied or misused contrary to law. Shopify, payment services and delivery providers perform their parts of a transaction. A separate external website or service can have its own terms; read them before supplying information to that service.

Problems, applicable law and future changes

Contact us about a site interruption, inaccurate information or a problem with an order so we can investigate. Any responsibility or limitation is subject to what the law permits; no remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded is excluded here. Relevant Canadian laws and the protections applicable to the consumer's province or territory govern the transaction as required, without imposing a waiver of a protected forum. Updates to these terms apply to future use, subject to the terms of an existing order and applicable law.
